Post Holidays

All of the holiday hubbub is almost over and I have been to Tampa again and back. Lucy was not doing as well this time (drinking far too much) but getting through Christmas was a "biggy" for her. Guess we all handle things differently but I am sure glad that I quit drinking 3 yrs. ago. Now I should work on the smoking but.........

The weather did not cooperate this time and Christmas Day brought heavy thunderstorms and tornado alerts all day. Tornados missed us but came too close for comfort. In general it was chilly (upper 40's to low 60's) all week.

I have been exhausted, achy and sneezy since I got home on Thursday and have not made it outside yet. Have to make it to the Post Office and grocery today so maybe the fresh air will clear my head. Bet I have slept 24 of the last 36 hrs. Now I am declaring myself "recovered".
